Monte Sims of Ten-8 Fire Equipment is the Fire-Dex DSR of the month. Monte has been representing Fire-Dex in his Florida territory for 12 years. He has been an instrumental part of the success Ten-8 and Fire-Dex have developed in Florida.
Monte was an inaugural member of the 2015 Rainmaker Club and rare two-time member making the 2016 Rainmaker Club.
Monte and his wife Patty recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. Along the journey they had four children; Derrick, Joshua, Joe, and Danielle. Three of Monte’s children are active members of the US Military, just like Dad was.
In his downtime Monte enjoys retreats to his Georgia hunting grounds and trips to visit his children and grandchildren.
