DSR of the Month: Roger Crane of Weidner Fire

Roger Crane of Weidner Fire in Midvale, Utah has done a tremendous amount of work to grow the Fire-Dex brand in Idaho over the past 4 years. His ability to convert departments and retain customers earns him the DSR of the Month honor for March 2019.

Roger's long history in the fire sales industry began at College At Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He quickly worked his way up to Quality Control Manager at Link Belt Construction Equipment, spent 15 years as Manufacturing Manager for Van Pelt Fire Trucks then migrated into fire equipment sales. Over the past 20 years, he has gained success selling to departments in Idaho, Oregon and Wyoming.

In January, Roger converted his largest department yet in Idaho Falls, ID and is a key element in outfitting Fire-Dex's Southern Idaho market. It's no surprise this is his second time achieving DSR of the month!

When Roger isn't busy selling, you can find him showing Cutting Horses; working with his dogs, cats and pigs; or spending time with his wife, Sue, their daughter and grandsons.
