Get to Know Katie!

As our Operations Supervisor, Katie is responsible for overseeing the planning and organization of production at our Gear Wash location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! In her spare time, she studies Chemical Technologies and volunteers with At-Risk Youth in her local community. 

What are 3 things people don't know about you and may be surprised to learn? 

1. I attended my first Green Bay Packers game this year! (Packers vs Bears) 
2. I love animals and have up to 6 in my home between the ones I own and foster
3. I'm a kid at heart and love dressing up for Halloween every year with my son

What is the coolest thing about your job and why?

The people I get to work alongside with is one of the coolest things about my job. I'm thankful for the relationships we've built between all of the Gear Wash associates here in Milwaukee to all of the other locations. We have a huge network of support to share and grow with each other. 💕

What's the best advice you've ever received?

Best: "You only get what you settle for."

Worst: "Worry about it later."

What's the craziest thing you've ever done? 

Bungee jumping! This year I'm going skydiving!

What's your favorite family tradition? 

We do "Family Sundays" where we eat lots of food, drinks, and watch football. 🏈

How do you relax in the evenings or on the weekends?

I like relaxing by spending time with my family, cooking a new recipe, or watching a TV show!

Chicken Fettucine Alfredo with Broccoli

I would be an octopus because I’m creative and innovative. 🐙
