Effective at the start of 2026, Lauren Burke DeVere, Fire-Dex’s current President, will move into the CEO position

April Moore, Plant Manager of Fire-Dex in Medina, Ohio, has been with the company for 14 years. April started with Fire-Dex as a sewing associate on the pant team in 2011. She had no experience—and children who needed to be cared for.
