Allen started at Fire-Dex in November 2000 resulting in him being one of the longest members of our sales team. Before Fire-Dex, he had 7 years in the computer training industry for Novell-Lotus-Microsoft in Albany, New York and Ohio. He also spent 8 years in the hotel business in south Florida.

Paula joined Fire-Dex in August of 2001 as a Customer Service Rep. She's spent most of her career in the customer service field and has established herself as a go-to resource for Fire-Dex. Learn more about Paula below.
