Our Sales Rep of the Month is Brent Hughes of  ERS (Emergency Response Solutions). Brent has diligently worked at getting Fire-Dex into many medium and large departments which are seen as key to future growth opportunities in the Minnesota area.

ERS has been in business for two year this October and has quickly become the dominant distributor in the state due to a wealth of industry experience, a strong product line up, and knowledgeable, dedicated Sales Reps like Brent Hughes.

According to Brent, "Fire-Dex has made my job very easy as they offer the trifecta: Quality, Delivery and Price. Tony Moore is one of the best Regional Managers in the fire service and it has been an absolute pleasure working with him."

Brent has been in equipment sales for 12 years as a Sales Manager and now as the Twin Cities Territory Manager. He is also a firefighter on the Plymouth Fire Department. Prior to fire equipment sales Brent was in Health Care and Engineering and continues to handle special projects for both industries.

Brent has been married to his wife Joan for over 30 years, and they have two children, both in college; Peyton (University of Minnesota, studying Physiology) and Alexa (University of Minnesota, studying Business on an Air Force scholarship).  Brent says that in his free time he enjoys sleeping... ah yes, that sounds nice!
