Since 2017, the Smart Culture Conference & Awards explores how culture can become an asset to drive performance, transform an organization into an employer-of-choice, and ultimately impact the bottom line. The award honors local organizations that have demonstrated cutting-edge practices in sustaining a Smart Culture. 

Over the past several years of rapid growth, we have continued to place importance on a thriving culture. Our award-winning culture has driven us to onboard more than 100 new associates in just one year. As a family-owned and operated business, we strongly emphasizes our mission, vision, and values. We strive to work together to create a community that thrives on fun, integrity, respect, and excellence (FIRE) by supporting an environment of continuous improvement.

Initiatives to further develop a sought-after culture include a remote-first work environment for salaried employees, core meeting hours and a no meeting day, a progressive paid maternity and paternity leave policy, monthly town hall meetings for increased transparency, becoming a women-led business, and more.
