We were recently spotlighted by JPMorganChase as part of their “Make Momentum Happen” campaign, which highlights their work with local businesses.
Across multiple commercials, social posts, and blog posts, our unique culture and manufacturing innovations were on full display.
Fire-Dex Goes National
“Make Momentum Happen,” put us in the national spotlight with commercials (some even aired during the 2024 summer Olympics 🏅) showing some of our factory and the people who manufacture (what we humbly think is) the best PPE in the world.
We were honored to host the JPMorganChase film crew as they interviewed us about what makes our family-owned company so great and why our gear is continually evolving because of it. There’s nothing we love more than showing off our gear and the people who make it 😍.
Seen on TVs across the country, we were thrilled to show off the patch to millions of people. It demonstrated that while we’re still committed to our family culture, we make PPE that’s good enough to go national. It’s also proof that our factories hire some of the best and brightest people in the industry!
We’re incredibly proud of the work we do every day. When we do our job right, when we live out our mission to “serve those who serve,” it means that we get the opportunity to help protect our first responders. That’s what drives so many of us to keep pushing forward, driving innovations that keep people safer.
The TV spot wasn’t the only highlight of the campaign.
Our very own Michelle Guthrie was featured in a video highlighting our work and what it means for the communities we serve.
Michelle is just one of hundreds of Fire-Dex associates who are passionate about making a difference for our first responders. It’s people like Michelle who make Fire-Dex such a special place to work—so it was nice that someone finally put her in front of a camera!
Our leadership also had a chance to weigh in on what makes Fire-Dex special. Our founder Bill Burke spoke with JPMorganChase about the fundamentals that have made our family business so successful—and how those fundamentals will continue to drive us into the future.
“It’s a great feeling,” Burke says. “Our work helps protect first responders, who are saving somebody else’s life. It’s a very brave and courageous career to be a first responder and to be able to participate in that is key to our success.”
Burke also doubled down on our commitment to two of our most important character traits: we are family owned and we are obsessed with innovation.
While we think our gear and brand speak for themselves (and so does the excellence of our Fire-Dex family), it’s always nice to have some outside recognition of the people and ideas that make Fire-Dex special.
As Burke says, “The larger you get, the harder it can be to grow your company. But we still see tremendous opportunities for Fire-Dex, both domestically and internationally. We’re excited about the future.”
