April Moore joined Fire-Dex in June, 2011 as a Production Associate and was promoted to a Production Team Leader in October, 2017. Effective, January of 2019, April will begin her new role of Sewing Supervisor! Get to know more about April and her hobbies in our Q&A.
What’s the best thing that happened to you this week, either at work or outside of work?
My promotion to Sewing Supervisor for 2019 was announced!
What is your favorite vacation destination?
North Myrtle Beach.
What was the first concert you ever attended?
My first concert was Reba with Brooks and Dunn.
What are you most excited for Fire-Dex in 2019?
I am most excited for the continued growth of the company.
What TV show are you embarrassed to admit that you watch?
My 600-lb Life.
What is the one thing you wish you’d known 20 years ago?
You can’t make everyone happy.

What are 3 things people don’t know about you and may be surprised to learn?
- I have 2 boys ages 19 and 12.
- I am a NASCAR fan.
- I like to exercise (jog and Zumba).
