Get to Know Sarina!

Sarina is a vital part of our growing Fire-Dex Family bringing over 28 years of sales and customer service experience within the first responder industry. Her previous role was focused on creating quotes, bids, and contracts for customers and analyzing overall sales performance. Since joining our Customer Service Team in April 2022, she's responsible for assisting customers by answering questions, processing orders, and being a point of knowledge about our products and services.

What is the coolest thing about your job and why?

Knowing that what we do and the products we make are helping save the lives of our first responders.

Have you been anywhere for the first time recently?

Our Medina headquarters! 

If you could pick up a new skill instantly, what would it be? 

Speaking different languages like Sign, French, and German! 🔊

What is you #1 recommended TV show or movie? 

Game of Thrones - although I hated the ending.

How do you relax in the evenings or on the weekends?

Reading, crafting or soaking in the hot tub - all with a nice glass of wine. 🍷

If you could eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? 

Spaghetti with meat sauce. 🍝

Imagine you could step in a teleport one day and go to any place and time in history. Where and when would you travel to? 

15/16th-Century England. I'm obsessed with the Tudor Dynasty!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose to live? 

Somewhere with a beach and warm all year long! ☀️
